Description: Crews will use this closure to remove recently applied paint on the roadway and replace them with raised pavement markers. Crews will return to repaint the lanes during a future closure. This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project.
Traffic: Westbound SR 520 between Montlake Boulevard and I-5 in Seattle will close for construction beginning at 11 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, until 5 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3. In addition, the Montlake Blvd. on-ramp to westbound SR 520 will also close. All westbound traffic must exit at either Montlake or Lake Washington boulevards during these hours. Eastbound SR 520 and the SR 520 Trail are not affected by this work and will remain open.
